Pre-care instructions
• Refrain from drinking any alcohol or consuming energy drinks 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Avoid taking Aspirin, Niacin, Advil, Ibuprofen, or any blood thinning medications for 48 hours before the appointment. (It is advisable to consult with your doctor before discontinuing any prescription medication).
• Refrain from tinting your eyebrows for three weeks before the appointment.
• Avoid waxing, shaving, or plucking your eyebrows before the appointment.
• Stay away from excessive sun exposure or tanning for two weeks prior to the appointment.
Does it hurt?
Everyone's pain tolerance and sensitivity levels differ. A topical anesthetic is applied during the procedure to ensure the comfort of our clients, although it may not guarantee a completely painless experience.
How long does it take?
The procedure typically lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours. Please plan accordingly and allocate the necessary time for your appointment.
How long does (Semi-Permanent Make Up) last?
The frequency of touch-up sessions can vary based on several factors including the technique used, the individual's skin type (whether it is dry or oily), age (whether they have youthful or mature skin), daily habits, and proper aftercare practices. As a general rule, clients typically schedule a touch-up session once a year.
How long does it take to heal? Will I be able to go to work?
The healing period for the procedure typically lasts for about 7 days and does not require any significant time off from daily activities. While some restrictions may apply, as long as you follow the provided aftercare instructions, it should be possible to go about your normal daily routine, including going to work and being in public places.
Will you shave off all my eyebrow hairs? Does this harm my existing brow hair?
No, we do not remove all of your eyebrow hairs. We aim to preserve as many of your natural hairs as possible. The semi-permanent makeup procedure does not harm your existing eyebrow hairs, as the depth of the pigment application does not reach the hair follicle.
